Abuse & Safety Policy
Policy version: October 3, 2026
1. Who is responsible
SimplyPray is a trade name of SolomonSolutions LLC, which operates the service. Shared list owners are the list administrators and handle routine reports about their lists. SolomonSolutions LLC staff handle support, escalations, and service-wide enforcement. This policy applies to shared prayer requests, lists, invitations, and other interactions through SimplyPray.
2. No tolerance for abuse
Do not post or share threats, harassment, bullying, hate speech, discriminatory attacks, sexually explicit material, child exploitation, encouragement of violence or self-harm, scams, spam, impersonation, or unlawful content. Do not disclose another person’s private or sensitive information without permission. Do not use prayer requests to shame, intimidate, exploit, or target someone. Respectful prayer and discussion of difficult circumstances are welcome; using religious language does not excuse abuse.
3. How to report
Use Report Post on a shared request to choose a reason and explain your concern. Routine reports go to the list administrator. Choose Send directly to SimplyPray staff for a serious concern or when local handling is unsuitable. Reports about an administrator go directly to staff. You can review your reports and escalate them in Safety & Reports, including when an administrator has not responded or you disagree with the resolution. You may also report without an account by emailing privacy@simplypray.io with the subject “SimplyPray abuse report” and the relevant list or request identifier. Include only necessary details; do not send passwords, payment details, unrelated private prayers, or illegal images. An email draft is not submitted until you send it.
4. Review and enforcement
Shared content is screened automatically before posting. Acceptable new posts appear immediately; screening may ask you to revise a post. Screening can make mistakes and does not detect every violation. Difficult experiences may be discussed respectfully; contact your list administrator or privacy@simplypray.io if screening appears mistaken. List administrators review routine reports promptly, remove inappropriate shared posts, and record a resolution. Escalate credible threats, child safety concerns, serious privacy violations, repeated abuse, unresolved concerns, or concerns involving an administrator to SolomonSolutions LLC. Staff review escalations promptly and may remove shared content or suspend shared-service access. We do not promise immediate responses or disclose another person’s confidential account information.
5. Report privacy
Reports include the selected shared request and list identifiers, the reporter’s account identifier, the reported author’s account identifier, and the reason and explanation provided. Routine reports are accessible to authorized list administrators; escalations are handled by SolomonSolutions staff. Reporters can see their own reports. Relevant information may be provided to authorized service providers or authorities when necessary or legally required. We cannot guarantee anonymity. Private prayers and journals are not attached automatically. See the Privacy Policy for broader data practices.
6. Blocking users
Use Block User on a shared request to hide that author’s shared posts and restrict invitations between you. Blocking takes effect without waiting for a report review. Manage or undo your blocks in Safety & Reports. Blocking is personal to your account; list removal affects everyone on the list, and SolomonSolutions staff may suspend shared-service access when warranted.
7. Questions and review requests
If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, email privacy@simplypray.io with the relevant identifier and your explanation. SolomonSolutions LLC staff will review the available information. Submit reports in good faith; deliberately false reports or retaliation against a reporter are prohibited.
8. Immediate danger
SimplyPray support is not an emergency service and is not monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not wait for a support response.
9. Policy updates
SolomonSolutions LLC may update this policy as SimplyPray changes. The current version is available in the app and on the SimplyPray website. Version: October 3, 2026.
